How do we get started on a project?

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a technical discovery session, then move into architecture design, build, and a handoff that includes documentation. You own the source and the pipeline when we're done.

What support do you provide after launch?

Handoffs include runbooks and a defined support window so your team knows how to monitor, troubleshoot, and extend the pipeline. Ongoing retainer support is available if you want us on call.

Can you procure parts or manage a global production run?

Yes. We run DFM reviews on CAD or STEP files, repair the mesh if needed, and route production through ISO-compliant networks. We handle the technical side so you get parts that fit.
